The Disc Golf Streak, Day 1811 (Xavier University DGC)

Day 1811

Well, looking at this now I wish we had waited three weeks and played Xavier's new course in 20 days on 1831 . . .

Anyway, Xavier put a short course on campus located near the Cintas Center.  Very few trees, very short holes, lot of "prairie" rough and some elevation changes from small hills. The piece of land they were working with had limited possibilities assuming they were trying to stay away from cars, walkers and roads.

Eric threw with us on a damp and cool (for August) morning.  Two rounds, it took a round to figure out the lay of the land . . . then we (playing triples) went 18-down very easily.

The course is so easy we joked that 18-down wouldn't cash on random dubs night.  While super easy and nothing to write home about it was still  fun throwing discs on campus.  I imagine some safari layouts could make it more fun although even then it would be limited since there were so few trees on the course.
