Day 1429
Threw at Monroe tonight. We both really enjoy this course, it's a fun layout -- not too long and not too short. Plenty of birdies are possible, but not particularly easy.
90 degrees again, so it was a hot one and we threw with Tony Vincent and Bob Hoffman which was fun. Tony threw great and finished 10-under, Danny & I both threw pretty well and finished 3-under (69) and +9 (81). Tonight overall was one of the smarter rounds of golf I've seen him throw -- good decisions about when to run and when to layup and taking higher percentage shots. He improved by 10 strokes of his last (poor) outing out there.
Good time as usual, we must have spent two hours talking about and dissecting our round in the evening . . .
