Day 950.
We went out and putted a half-hour in the rain. Came in and it got sunny outside so we went out to throw some more . . . we have a stash of used discs we give away to new players . . . so we decided to use them to do our own starter pack challenge . . . and we picked out the discs for the other person.
This was so much fun, I got a lightweight Dart, a Buzzz and a beat-up Pro Beast and he got a Skeeter, Leopard and Wolf (all lightweight). It was getting breezy so it was a hilarious challenge (the Wolf might as well have been a kite in the wind). 18 holes, I crushed him by 14 strokes I think.
We played some baseball and basketball, went inside and rested and then went back out to throw another 18 . . . this time all of our discs were in the available pool and we each picked out the worst putter, mid, fairway and driver we could find for the other person. I picked him a Rakaten, Arch, Justice and Banger (Ti). He gave me a Groove, Witness, lightweight Buzzz and Pig. This time was closer, I think it was 8-9 strokes . . . we had so much fun. I threw the Groove (Firebird-like) as much as possible and he was rolling the Rakaten and we had a great time.
Rated on the fun scale, these were 1100 rated rounds.
