The Disc Golf Streak, Day 781 (Small Fundraiser Tourney @ Dunham)

Day 781.

We played a small tournament at Dunham DGC today -- a fundraiser for God's Bible School & College.

I teamed up with my buddy Eric and Danny teamed up with Tovin (8 y/o).  It was in the 40's, but at least it didn't rain.  The four of us ended up as a foursome and there were only a couple other teams.  Tournament layout was "play from the blues with no OB."

The boys threw really well together -- they ended up with a 72 which is pretty good at Dunham considering that it's a long course from the longs and it was extremely windy.  They played good partner golf.

Eric & I managed an even par 54 -- the other teams had a 52 and 55.

It was a fun time, definitely a good practice experience for throwing in the wind and much different than most courses we play since you pretty much pull out a driver on every hole at Dunham.

(Personal good note: drove it pin high on Hole 8, 355'.)
