Day 417 of the streak.
Went out to Reserves (one of Danny's favorites) and played 4 rounds (36 holes). This is a real short course that's perfect for smaller kids as most holes are 150-175'. Lot of people and four other kids out there this afternoon.
We first played there on 4/22 when he won a kids tournament throwing a 71.
We played there a couple months ago and he threw a 63.
Today he threw two rounds . . . 54 & 54. Kid wanted to break par so badly he almost (almost) cried when he took a 4 on Hole 8 (the 275' long hole) on our last go around. He'd parred it the previous two rounds.
Anyhow, 17 stroke improvement in six months. Not too bad.
We each have personal bests at Reserves that are one throw higher than our bests at Winton so it's comparable in difficulty I guess.
