Day 3555
Nice weather, exams over for Daniel, off for Memorial Day so we went and threw Gulley.
The course is in nice shape. Even with the park not mowing everything any longer it's still much more playable and in better shape than Osage. We threw Osage a few days earlier and spent 45 minutes searching for three lost throws that were a grand total of 6' off the fairway. So we're done with it until late fall again since they don't properly maintain it.
But Gulley was in good shape. And it wasn't the plan but we ended up playing a singles challenge round and he beat me by a couple strokes. Our scores were just average but we threw pretty well so it was fun. Memorable shots for him included putting a putter inside Circle 1 on Hole 11 and putting a Teebird3 to the edge of Circle 1 on Hole 18. My best shot was the second shot on Hole 15 where I put a forehand roller about 10' from the pin for a 3.
