Day 1096.
Today was the three year anniversary of the start of the streak (8/31/16).
We were in Nashville, IN (Brown County) so today we threw at Deer Run. I think that's our fourth time there . . . it's a fun course and since we're there for fun and because a lot of the rough is so bad we always play from the short tees.
In fact, our primary objective had nothing to do with score, it was simply to stay out of the tall grass/rough. Any time we got to a hole like that we disc-ed down and threw something slower and straighter . . . and it worked! Last year we spent at least 20 minutes searching for a disc on Hole 10 and then 15 minutes picking off weed burrs . . . so this year we both threw mids down the middle, missed the putt from 45' tapped in and were extremely happy to avoid last year's ordeal. Below is a pic from that hole (it's the one with the hanging basket).
Overall we threw well (played dubs) and shot 9-under (45). Didn't see anyone else on the course (never have in our four visits).
