Day 591 of the streak.
We went up to the Nati and played a round of dubs at Airy. 80+ degrees so it was very crowded but still a lot of fun. Also quite gusty, but we dealt with the wind just fine. (Lot of practice with that this spring!)
Broke our dubs record at Airy by shooting a 60. Highlight was getting a 4 on Hole 5 (first time). I was crushing (by my standards) some Katana drives. Danny's putting was real solid, didn't miss anything he should make. Best part is we have improved our best score a lot AND we are in reach of further score improvements (had places we could have saved 6-7 strokes). PDGA2 app says that 60 was a 960 rated round.
Regardless, good or bad, I can't imagine a better way to spend a warm Friday afternoon than throwing 18 holes at Airy with Danny as my partner. 😀
